When you are way too busy working on your websites or developing your web applications, you hardly have enough time to keep track of what’s happening with the VPS server – whether it’s overloading or whether all the tasks are running the way you expect them to. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we’ll take care of this instead of you. Your VPS server will be added to our custom monitoring system and the moment there is a sign of a trouble, our sysadmins will be informed right away.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest mission in this world. You will either need to use another server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively make use of some third–party tool. We offer a far simpler and easier option with our Optional Admin Services deal. We’ll create a full backup copy of your VPS server every week, so you never have to be worried about losing vital information. Last but not least we can retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All our backups are placed on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a practically endless number of possibilities, you will often have to install additional software apps. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which permits you to ask any of our experienced server administrators to install and configure any software and to solve any problem that you are having with the VPS.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
